Uplifting innovative approaches to communal air monitoring that prioritizes community need and industry expertise.
The Community Air Monitoring Network for Delaware project, established by Community Housing & Empowerment Connections. The environmental scientists leading this project are collaborating with the community residents to strategically place air quality monitors in the efforts to reduce air pollution in Delaware. The project will expand the monitoring network to analyze data characterizing air pollution trends and hotspots over the next two years. ScientistsScientist will gain robustly valuable information regarding that will educate community members of the different air pollutants present and provide measurable research to policy makers to improve health conditions of their constituents.Coming Later in late 2022.

We advocate for the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion. We support efforts towards a community Air Monitoring Network and the Delaware EJ Community partnership. Led by community leaders, we are dedicated in our service to communities in Delaware that are disproportionately impacted by environmental pollutants and injustices.
